  1. In what way do charity fundraising strategies not support successful F2F fundraising and how can this be changed?

  2. What values are important in F2F fundraising and how might we encourage these?

  3. How can charity branding and communications better support F2F fundraising?

  4. What is one thing done successfully in overseas F2F markets that could help support the Australia/New Zealand F2F market?

Group 2: Business models

  1. Are there different billing models that might support better F2F fundraising outcomes?

  2. What role do the charity/agency partnerships play in supporting poor F2F fundraising outcomes and how might charity/agency partnerships be improved?

  3. What is the biggest impediment to compliance in the F2F fundraising industry and how might this be addressed?

  4. Are there any alternative F2F fundraising business models that might be worth trialling to improve F2F fundraising practices?

 

Group 3: Attrition and processes

  1. What gaps are widely present in attrition measurement/reporting and how might these be addressed?

  2. Could donation processing be improved to support better F2F fundraising outcomes?

  3. What is one major problem with donor stewardship and how might this be remedied?

  1. How have F2F fundraiser recruitment practices negatively impacted the industry and how might recruitment practices be improved?

  2. What is the single biggest issue with quality control in F2F fundraising and how might we overcome this issue?

  3. What is one major problem with F2F fundraiser training/management and how might this be remedied?
